Anna is an international sales and business development executive with over 15 years of experience helping consumer brands expand globally. As Principal of ABZ Consultants, she partners with founders and leadership teams to navigate compliance, build distributor and retail partnerships, and scale sales across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.
Previously, Anna led international business at a global consumer products company, where she grew sales to more than $30M and oversaw distribution in 90+ countries. She has hands-on expertise in launching brands in new markets, managing cross-functional teams, and guiding companies through the complexities of international trade — from CE marking and VAT registration to localized e-commerce and retail strategies.
Known for her practical, founder-friendly approach, Anna works as a fractional sales leader, acting as an extension of brand teams to accelerate international growth without the overhead of a full-time hire.
